1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StunDoodle (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

StunDoodle provides AI-powered portrait generation and doodle decoration services. Users upload photos, select templates, and receive AI-generated portraits. Services include digital downloads and optional physical print delivery.

3. User Obligations & Portrait Rights

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right — including portrait rights (肖像权) and any applicable copyright — to every photo you upload to the Service. You bear sole responsibility for obtaining consent from any person whose likeness appears in uploaded photos.

StunDoodle is not liable for any disputes, claims, or damages arising from your unauthorized use of another person’s photo or likeness. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless StunDoodle against all claims related to your uploaded content.

4. Prohibited Content

You may not upload, or use the Service to generate, any of the following:

• Photos of other people without their explicit consent
• Sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic content
• Photos of minors without verifiable parental or guardian consent
• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights

5. Intellectual Property

Uploaded photos remain your property. AI-generated portraits and doodle outputs are yours for personal, non-commercial use. Template designs, AI models, and all software comprising the Service are and remain the exclusive property of StunDoodle.

You grant StunDoodle a limited, non-exclusive license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the Service (generating portraits and fulfilling orders). This license terminates when your photos are deleted from our servers.

6. Payments & Refunds

Prices are as displayed at checkout and are subject to change. All prices are in US Dollars. Digital downloads are final and non-refundable. Physical print orders may be refunded within 7 days of delivery if the product is materially defective. Refund requests must include photographic evidence of the defect.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StunDoodle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. StunDoodle’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to StunDoodle in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
