Portrait Rights (肖像权) Takedown Notice

StunDoodle respects intellectual property and portrait rights (肖像权) under the Civil Code of the People’s Republic of China, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and other applicable laws. This page describes our process for reporting infringing content and requesting its removal.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

If you believe your portrait rights, likeness rights, copyright, or other intellectual property rights have been infringed by content hosted on or generated through StunDoodle, please send a written notice to infringement@stundoodle.com with the following information:

1. Your full contact information: name, email address, physical address, and phone number.
2. A clear description of the infringing content and its specific URL(s) on StunDoodle (e.g., a link to the generated artwork page).
3. Evidence of your rights — this may include a copy of your government-issued ID (if claiming portrait rights violation), copyright registration, or other documentation establishing your ownership or authorized representative status.
4. A signed statement (physical or electronic) that reads:

   “I have a good faith belief that the use of the material described above is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law. I certify that the information in this notice is accurate and that I am the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder. I understand that knowingly submitting a false claim may result in legal liability.”

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge receipt of your takedown request within 48 hours. We aim to investigate and resolve all valid claims within 7 business days. This includes removing confirmed infringing content and, where appropriate, notifying the user who uploaded or generated the content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Users who repeatedly violate portrait rights, copyright, or intellectual property laws will have their StunDoodle accounts permanently terminated. We maintain records of resolved infringement claims for this purpose.
