Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

• Photos you upload — stored temporarily for AI portrait generation.
• Email address — if you create an account, used for order updates and account notifications.
• Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never store or have access to your full credit card details. Stripe’s use of your data is governed by their Privacy Policy.
• Usage data — anonymized page views, template selections, and generation counts for service improvement.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Uploaded photos: Used exclusively to generate your portraits. Deleted from our servers within 30 days of generation. Photos are never used to train AI models.
• Email: Order confirmations, shipping updates, and account-related notifications. We do not send marketing emails unless you explicitly opt in.
• Usage data: Aggregated and anonymized for analytics and service quality improvement.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or uploaded photos with third parties except as necessary to provide the Service:

• Stripe — for payment processing. Stripe receives transaction data but not your uploaded photos.
• Resend — for sending transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates).
• OpenAI / Fal.ai — uploaded photos are transmitted to these AI providers for portrait generation processing only. Photos are processed in memory and are not stored by these providers for model training.

4. Data Retention

• Uploaded photos: Deleted from our servers within 30 days of the last generation activity on your session.
• Generated artworks: Retained until you choose to delete them from your account.
• Account data: Retained until you request account deletion.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@stundoodle.com. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management (e.g., JWT token storage). We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies that track you across websites.

7. Children’s Privacy

StunDoodle is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
